Liiu at CLUB ACE

Club ACE is a 4000 m2 ‘clubhouse’ where teams, clients, colleagues and the neighbourhood meet. Lit by our Liiu sculpture, the club’s bar is a conversation pit, which can be transformed into a stage. The architectural firm TANK designed a modern interior, taking into account the new post-COVID reality, as all 10 ACE agencies will come together at this new location.

RENDER VS REALITY

OUR TOOL COMPATIBLE TO RENDER IN CAD DRAWING

Our tool allows us to create models that can be easily integrated into CAD drawings for real-time rendering. This means you’ll know exactly what to expect— Can you tell the difference between what’s real and what’s a render? We’re amazed by this work of Smorgasbord Studio, where the line between reality and rendering is almost invisible.

While we see the value in using renders as a tool, we always prefer to focus on capturing the mood and atmosphere of a design, often through sketches. However, as this render shows, it’s possible to achieve that same sense of feeling and depth within a digital space as well.

The Liiu system can take on any scale and form. It is designed to create grand architectural expressions, while also offering a more modest configuration suitable for homes.

“Home is Where the Heart Is” is we called the piece. To pay homage to our beloved Eindhoven It will lie at the heart of the exhibitions showed at Kazerne – the design platform in central Eindhoven that since 2014 has provided a collaborative ecosystem to both support and shape the evolution of Dutch design.
